Sacred Universal Language Of...


                                                              ... Sacred Geometry!

Sacred Geometry is the true language of the Universe. If you look at nature you will find examples of this in all of nature.. even our own finger prints are  Sacred Geometry of sorts.

They also speak right through to the good the true part of the human mind and soul. It is especially good for raising vibrations.. because it is the true language of the Universe, the sacred languages of unconditional love, peace and faith.

Even if you look crop circles... they're true works of art.. and all represent the typical shapes of sacred geometry.  Though its messages are not understood by many, they're certainly pleasant to the eye regardless.

Once you have raised your vibrations and study sacred geometry shapes.. whether in pattern in nature or otherwise.. you can't help but feel a deep feeling of peace and being at one. If you are still resonating lower, your reaction to these might be one of repulsion.. because that is the reaction of the lower vibe energies which could be around. Because of the divine nature of these shapes so raise your vibration.. even by looking at these.. until you feel that feeling of peace and unconditional love by looking at them.. then you know you have raised your vibration.

You can also use Crystal Grids.. by placing different healing crystals like hematite and rose quarts and others similar on different point of a sacred geometry shape this can help disperse negative energy and cleanse the room/house and persons within it and help instead allow for positive higher vibrating frequency to flow better. But remember the only way anything which is resonating with higher frequency works is through good and pure intentions and coming from a place of good. Here's an example:

How to stop mind chatter

 
 
Here's s simple trick to stop all that chit chat in your mind - have peace of mind and stay fully in the present. This also reduces anxiety levels .
 
 
It's so quick and simple the only thing is it does take daily practice and persistence.
 
 
Ok, so you find yourself over thinking, thinking about the past, what you did today or why did someone say something and what you might do tomorrow.. you go over and over things in your head and it all becomes a bit chaotic and there's really no need for it!
 
Here's a simple way to stop it:
 
First thing you need for this is be 'aware' and 'mindful' that you are actually overthinking and that mind chatter is getting too much.
 
once you are aware of it... all you have to do is stop yourself. And focus 'only' on your breathing. focus on your heartbeat. These are the only two things you should focus on ...
it takes some practice.. BUT.. once you learn to do properly after some practice, it really works.
 
This helps to ground you therefore helps with anxiety as well.
This also helps you to connect with this moment and be 'fully' present in the 'now'.
 
Once you do this properly.. and you can do it as long as you need to.. but at least of 3-5 minutes, you will feel instantly better, calmer and all that silly over thinking or mind chatter reduced greatly and after time you will be able to fully stop the mind chatter and instead have a quiet and calm mind focused and fully present in the moment.
 
This exercise is so simple but done properly it has many positive effects. It helps to be truly at one with oneself and this is a state of neutral bliss!

Power of forgiveness




What does forgiveness mean? Does it mean that if you forgive, what was said to you or done which hurt you was ok? NO! True forgiveness is to be able to move past a negative experience, without holding onto all those horrible emotions which go hand in hand with resentments and holding grudges. You should forgive only for your own peace of mind and certainly doesn't mean what was said or done was ok. But only that you value yourself, your happiness and peace of mind so much and that you would never let anybody.. especially someone who clearly doesn't have respect for you, disturb your peace or happiness.

Also you can't change someone else, their ways, or lacks of understanding and tolerance for others. Very often those who are unkind, rude, arrogant and blind to other people and their emotions, have more issues and problems. These are the people who are hurting so much themselves and yet deny their feelings so they try to project that, and thus failing, why do they fail, because of karma and of course the power of forgiveness. Know that karma is a very real thing and what they put out there will always go back on them anyway. How people treat you is their karma, how you react is yours. So don't add to your karma by trying to mirror them.

When you are resenting someone or holding onto anger, frustration or negativity from a certain situation, you're hurting yourself more in that. You cannot ward off negativity with frustration, anger, resentment.. those just fuel it and why should you even allow that happen, since the other person was the one who caused you to feel this way?

Turn it around. Turn a negative into a positive. You can always learn something from any situation, be it bad or good. if it's a bad one, use that as an experience to turn it into a positives message in how to not be in those situations.. for yourself for future reference and also for others. Think of these situations as a way to have more wisdom in life. Wisdom is always a good thing.
 

Forgiveness doesn't mean you are weak. It means you are SO strong, so strong willed that you know and believe in yourself and you don't need to let your thoughts fester with negativity especially because of someone who obviously doesn't deserve the slightest bit of your attention.

I know this from many experiences. I feel more happy and victorious when I turn a negative in a positive and gain wisdom. Even when others have been so out of line and rude. I know only positivity can ward off negativity. And that anyone who tries to do or say anything out of line.. well.. Karma takes care of that pretty quickly too.

I forgive because I am strong. I am worthy. I am at peace with myself. I am true to who I am.

Because I deserve happiness and harmony. I forgive because I like myself. I forgive because other's opinions don't define me. Because negative experiences don't define me, they strengthen me. They make me wiser.

By forgiving I allow myself to be rid of all negativity to do with that situation / experience. I make my life more harmonious.  When I forgive myself I allow positivity to flow into my life and as  a bonus I gain a little more wisdom from my experience.

                           
Forgiveness doesn't mean what the other did was ok. Forgiveness doesn't mean you still want to talk to or have the other in your life. Forgiveness does not mean they deserve it. I forgive because of who I am, because these are my values. NOT because of the other.

True forgiveness is powerful because it helps to have a harmonious life over a chaotic one based around revenge and resentment. It brings peace. It brings calm. Forgiveness raises the vibration of the one who can forgive truly by staying true to high vibrational emotions and dealing with difficult situations with tolerance and understating & wisdom.

Just think of it this way; why should anyone who has been unkind, mistreated you .. have any more of your time or attention?    Exactly.

Twin Flames


 

I get so many questions about romance, relationships and a lot of times when people have met ' the one' yet there are obstacles in the way. These are typically the sort of soul mate connections meaning they have met in other forms in former lives. Often people think once they find their true 'soul mate' or a newer name ' twin flames' that it should be easy and find it is the opposite. I'm not too keen on placing labels on such things. But for this article, I will just call it twin flames.

People often meet their twin flames in this physical plane very unexpectedly.. usually one or both parties are settled in other relationships and or are living on different ends of earth from one another. Either way before they've even begun there's so many major obstacles in the way.

But this is because people look at these strong high vibration love feelings/connections from a 3rd Dimension or lower vibrational point of view, so they expect to have a relationship. This is actually not the case with such things as twin flames at all. This is also what causes so much suffering with this lovely high vibration phenomena.. when actually it is there to not only raise the vibration of the two people who are twin flames but of many many others around them and even broader than that.

Because twin flames roots are from a much higher plane which only knows purity, acceptance and unconditional love something which is very high vibrational.

So these types of beings which are in those higher plane know not of relationships, marriage or dating! But simply they may decide to meet each other on this physical plane to help to raise the world's vibration to a higher frequency through their strong high vibe unconditional love, well this would have been their plan anyway. Once they do meet by chance in this physical plane.. their egos.. try to interfere and it becomes a game of sorts.. so the less spiritually developed 3rd dimensional party will not fully understand the true purpose of the meeting.. and  either get very obsessed with the other person and or try and play games because in a sense the other person is their mirror and it sort of brings out in them things they deny about themselves.. and they find this difficult to deal with.

So generally these meetings end up changing the two people's lives and bring about a spiritual awakening which in itself can be daunting for most, especially if it is sudden.

I get so many people ask me why they can't get together with someone they feel this strongly for... and why it is difficult. Well because they haven't understood the true purpose of it.

All you need to do if you feel you have met you twin flame on this physical plane.. is to simply accept the situation for what it is. Understand the higher purpose in it, feel good about that and let it do what it's meant to do.. which is raise vibration, clear out and balance Karma ( which can be difficult but it will pass) be non judgmental about the situation and go with the flow. Don't expect a relationship at all. Even if you're both single, because it's not meant for that, and especially if one or both of you are in other relationships. This is not part of the higher purpose plan and no true twin flame would ever want to break up a settled relationship. Its main purpose is to shake you up, help you diminish your ego, clear out karma, and finally raise your vibration and with that many others' too. Because if only one twin flame couple can get to that higher vibration.. that's enough to cancel out the low vibes of hundreds of thousands of others! Therefore really helping to raise earth's vibration to a higher frequency as well. And that's something to feel good about.

Just realise this; just by the fact of you having met in this physical plane you're not only helping raise your vibration but many others too.

But please remember this is different to what I was saying in older posts about hitching ride... because by raising your own vibration you will 'cancel' other's low vibes around you.. and this is even stronger with twin flames, but you can't raise your vibration only through another who is higher vibe than you, that just causes no good for any party involved.This is important to remember. Everyone has an individual journey first .. then after they are of that higher frequency their vibrations will naturally diminish lower vibes anyway.





No News is Good News




I'm sure everybody would agree the news is more often or almost all the time bad!
Do you watch the news? Read the papers? I don't - not anymore! Why? I will explain and perhaps you will see by the end of this post how much better you would feel if you did the same thing :)

Ok,  as you know my blog is all about raising vibes to a higher frequency. The news and mainstream media is a part of daily life. It would be good if this was used to help motivate people, raise the mood for the masses and basically report the truth, huh? Who knows perhaps one day soon it will be like that!

But instead it's used as  platform for propaganda either for war and or promoting false flag operations as truth ( false flag is when they make up a story to start a war to get the public on side for their cause) this stories are always low vibe too.

I find these recent stories more and more ridiculous.. I won't go into any of them.. but I'm sure you know the ones I'm talking about. I certainly don't want to give their stories any attention. Because the mainstreams' influence is world wide and it is huge. It's actually pretty much a monopoly whichever newspaper you prefer.. or what channel you like.. it's all different branches of the same tree.

So, just as we must be mindful about what products we use on our skin, what food we eat, how we think to raise our vibration.. we must also be very aware and particular about what we watch, what we read, especially with the news.

So if you see the world as a malleable reality.. and that these beings/people who have been running the world know this too... The thing is they knew this a very long time ago ( about frequency/ vibration) and used it against the people
.. so the rest of the people are only just starting see parts of the truth.. yes this is gaining momentum and this is why their stories are getting faker and their agenda transparent.
Because I think the news has always been this way, so always been mostly fake or set up as a way to a cause or build support for a  cause or campaign. But it's only our knowledge of the truth and how they work now that makes it so obvious that is fake. They haven't changed. We have. So don't help the wicked the oppressors! Don't buy into to their reality. Don't believe them.


Whether you believe this or not is neither here nor there. Because everyone can agree on this: the news is mostly ( 98% estimate ) bad. So in order to help ourselves, feel better, raise our vibration.. it is best to avoid the news altogether. Just think of it this way, you won't ever miss very important or crucial news.. there'll always be someone who'll tell you about it! But it's better to avoid the mainstream news, papers on a daily basis.

Also if you're annoyed with the system, the world and how its run. Then the best way is to pay no or minimal attention to anything 'they' want you to believe or think. Right?

Instead try and find publications that are more high vibe.. there are some out there. But anything mainstream is just full of bad news, propaganda  and its main purpose is to keep the frequency in a certain vibration .. which isn't positive. So if you want a positives life, if you want to raise your vibration.... stop reading the paper.. stop watching the news.

You know these people who live in the middle of nowhere.. with no access to technology or mainstream media.. are so happy. There must be a reason for that.

Here's hoping one day soon .. the media will use its influence to better the world, promote peace not war. Evoke hope and faith not fear.

The world IS a good place. They just want to make it appear like it isn't. Maybe they're making more stuff up because if they didn't there would be NO news to report, other than people just happy getting on with their lives.

High Vibe Cosmetics ( unisex)



 

Can cosmetics be high vibe? Of course! The more natural a product is the higher its vibration.
Especially when cosmetics are not tested on animals which in itself is quite low vibe due to the suffering it causes during its production process.

And actually these products which are high vibe are not only better for the environment ( high vibe) they are not tested on animals ( high vibe) most of their packages are recycled ( high vibe )
and last but not least they take better care of our skin / hair / bodies by having much more lovely natural stuff in them ( high vibe again!)

It's amazing just by using a more natural face crème or shampoo for example you can instantly feel nicer, refreshed and you've just slightly raised your vibration! So easy.

And you certainly don't need to be a spiritual guru to make little changes to your daily life to raise your vibrations to a higher frequency for a better quality of life. To be more the authentic you :-)

BEST way to lose weight




You know out of all the countless diets I have tried over the last 15 years, the high vibe diet worked the best! And you know it isn't even a diet, because you don't feel like you are on one!

Basically our body is very clever and knows exactly what nutritious things it needs to make sure we have the right  vitamin and minerals that we need. But if you've been operating mainly on low vibes for extended periods of times.. your body goes all out of whack too.. and therefore you can't quite understand its language anymore!

Instead you mistake its signal for something sweet ( like some fruit) for chocolate.. or cakes.. which tend to leave you with sugar high and then a bigger low! So that's just one example of when you are not in synch with your highest level of vibrational frequency.. your body is affected the same way.. because as odd as it may sound... if you are low vibe.. like you're mostly, sad, angry, stressed most of the time.. you will resonate with low vibe foods too, like cakes, chocolate, pizza, cheese burgers etc etc! It's true! Foods have their own vibrations too. And as much as the odd pizza or burger once in an occasion doesn't harm anyone.. if your diet consists mostly of this low vibe foods.. then that's obviously not a positive sign.

But once you do make the effort to be more ware of your thoughts, feelings and actions.. and re-affirm this daily.. and make sure you re-train your mind to be operating more on the good emotions like: understating, hope, courage, determination, positivity, happiness etc.. then your body will follow. This way you will be in synch with your body.. so when it signals to you that it needs something.. you know exactly what that is.. which 9 times out of 10 will be a high vibe healthy option! Rather than the low vibe junk food or empty calorie option!

So you see in order to lose weigh more effectively and with more a lifestyle rather than a diet and by starting with you , your being and your mind first.. then rest takes care of itself!

My favourite high vibes foods:

Any kind of greens, salads, especially iceberg lettuce, cherry tomato, cucumber with fresh lemon and vinegar dressing
Tuna in sunflower oil (yummy)
Salmon with a dill sauce made with virgin olive oil red and orange pepper and home made low fat mayo
Fillet steak ( very occasional treat with home made peppercorn sauce) yum!
French beans, carrots, peas, butternut squash
Orange or Raspberry sorbet ( nice desserts)
Green olives
Honey ( great for those sweet cravings especially on some wholemeal bread)
Greek yogurt
Most fruits!
My favourite meal at the moment is: Tune Niscoise  salad with avocado ( yum)


Best way to start this high vibe diet for lack of better word! Is to first love and accept what you are NOW what you look like now.. then start with getting synch with your own self in terms of your mind.. your way of thinking etc and change it to that of a more higher frequency .. focus on that first.. before you know it you will be naturally going toward a high vibe diet anyway! Because your body and your mind will understand each other's language and you will crave what is good for you. It won't even feel like a 'diet' or that you're depriving yourself of anything.. because you aren't! and it isn't a fad diet it is a lifestyle.

Most diets are based on changing your food habits to change your mind and your way of thinking about yourself. The correct way is to first focus on yourself, your mind and your way of thinking.. better that.. raise your vibration.; then the food habits just takes care if itself!


                                        Your body is a reflection of your lifestyle.




Don't be a martyr!






You may have heard me say this before in others posts. People from the past. Those who just don't resonate with your frequency anymore.

You may know someone in your life that you just can't tolerate being around... how can you know if someone is on a lower vibration? If by being around them , talking to them , you just don't feel good or right.

It is important to remember we all go through different waves of feelings and emotions.. I'm talking about those people that are ALWAYS negative and no matter what you try to do to make see things different more positive  way.. they just don't or maybe they don't want to? These are the people that we just have to sort of not have around us in anyway.

You'll find if you're near such a person you may end up feeling a bit agitated or frustrated.. this is because you are not on the same wavelength or vibrational frequency and it just doesn't feel good being around them at all.

Don't feel guilty if such a person is a close friend or family member. Some of the worst people I have even known in terms of low vibrations were actually  former family members and former friends! Former because I am not in touch with them for a long time now.. and with good reason! I know someone like me who is all about high vibes and positivity.. it doesn't seem likely.. but I think that's why because I saw what they were like and I made a vow to myself to become a better, happier and more positive person and I don't let anything else define me, not life experience, not upbringing, I define me. I choose to be a happy and positive person no matter what.

So you see, no matter what your history, your upbringing, your circumstances, you can change your attitude and behaviour to be more positive, and a better high vibe life.

So what type of people am I talking about: These are the people that always try to cause arguments, chaos.. and you know what.. I just didn't want to be a part of it and I will never be in any way! They're always jealous. They never encourage you. They always put you down. They attention seek all the time, moan all the time, they think it  is always about them ( it's not!)  and they have a bad attitude all the time. If you're happy about a good thing that has happened they'll always try to find something bad and would love to cause an argument to make things negative.. I think these people are just not happy with who they are..

Anyway, I just don't get these type of people.. they're always on about this or that which happened to them.. they have a victim mentality.. well you know what I don't think we should let negative past experiences define who we are now. I certainly don't! No way! Think about it like this, say someone did something to you in the past which you are still holding onto. you're holding onto that anger..? why would you do that to yourself? Wasn't it enough that the person who acted badly towards you.. did that in the past? Why are you still allowing them to be anywhere near your thoughts or your Now? Think about it that way. And hopefully even out of your dislike for that person.. you will just stop giving them or the negative memory any more attention!

What's that saying: " I remove negative people and therefore make room for positivity in my life"


Maybe I'm not alone and that perhaps  every family has that one person that tries to cause chaos... I'll say this now, those low vibe energies whether in physical planes or spiritual planes.. should just fall into a frequency fully separate from the other normal, happy and positive people, where they'll be either alone or with others like them and see how they like being around more people like themselves! Maybe that's the only way they'll change? Or maybe not? Who knows.

Because these are the people that without them.. ahhh the world would be oh so very much nicer :-)


I'm a kind person and I'm about positivity. But let's face it.. there is just no hope with some people!

So I'm writing this to say, be kind be positive to yourself and others.. BUT if you come across these types that are just always low vibe... DON'T be a martyr! Just move on and limit your contact with them. You will thank yourself for it.

Good and Bad



Growing up you probably did hear of religious stories like good and evil, hell and heaven... God and devil. Well today I want to talk about the real meaning of such things without the religious divide. I am writing this in a secular manner. I believe religion in itself is responsible for causing a lot of negative vibes which if you think about it sort of defeats the whole object of having a religion which  is supposed to bring peace and happiness through faith in something good and doing good.

Ok, so I don't think that really works for the majority of people.

Because there are 4 main groups:

Group 1: is totally fanatical religious person, this goes for any religion. This person tends to be very stuck in their ways, and takes every word of any religious book quite literally and has no time whatsoever for anyone who doesn't believe in the same thing as them and even condemns them. 
Group 2: These people are not religious but they sort of heard about it growing up and try to do good and they do believe in a higher something that is good ( God)
Group 3: think the whole thing is laughable and are either atheist or they just don't care about any religion and have no belief in anything.
Group 4: are the ones who are more spiritual and these can branch off into two groups as well, so the good and the bad.

Which ever way you look at it, religion in itself divides people. Unfortunately we live in  a plane of duality ( good and bad) ( light and dark) although I actually don't think this even needs to exist.

Why? Because I believe the universe and all that is, before we came to be here ( earth/physical plane) is good. This need for duality is something which the bad/ dark side invented.  I don't think any totally good thing would ever want to 'balance' itself with something bad! So I believe that through the changes this universe and earth has seen over eons.. and the ' fall of man' aka.. lowered vibes by the Ego aka adversary, this sort of good versus bad.. duality of night and day appeared. Maybe it was just part of some evolution. But think about it... as far as we know this duality only exist on earth. So perhaps there's been some tampering along the way to make it so..?

So you see now what I was saying in yesterday's post, about 'those' who try to hitch a ride...

This brings me to my next point. We are at very interesting times on earth and whether you personally feel or sense the changes and the shifts, they are happening. It just depends on how sensitive you are to such things. I want to make a reference to the bible, there's something I read in there once which related to what I've been saying, it says that in the end times the evil will try to hide and run which ever way they can and they will not be able to hide from God's wrath.
Ok, this is very much the old school way of looking at it. Although I' sure Group 1 would agree with it!

Here is my interpretation: End times ( the shift in reality - now) bad evil people ( anyone who has been consistently and sometimes on purpose operating on low to very low vibes) will try to run and hide ( will suddenly feel the changes and earths' vibrations rising and feel very vulnerable and therefore try to either suddenly raise their vibration which as I discussed doesn't work or try to hitch a ride with those who are high vibration - again this doesn't work either.) so therefore they won't be able to run from God's wrath! Ok this means they will be living in a very low vibe reality aka hell.. because it's what they created with their own thoughts, behaviour and bad decisions over the years.

So your thoughts / habits and feelings and actions do end up creating either your personal hell ( low vibe)  or heaven ( high vibe). Earth is now moving to a higher vibration as a whole anyway. The only way you can raise your vibration in accordance with this shift is by adjusting your own thoughts feelings and actions which resonate with a higher frequency. So positive, compassion, kindness.. and so on.

Basically what I'm saying is that this judgement day the religious books talk of is the consequences of our own actions over time. Nobody is perfect. I have made my own mistakes in the past and now know better!  In order to live in a good world we must begin with ourselves and be good and do good and cleanse ourselves of these low vibes once and for good. 

Also to remember that your bad decisions and negative actions are what's created your reality.. if you don't like it. change yourself to a better, kinder person of higher vibes..  there are no short cuts and don't be fooled by these false prophets ( false teachers) who may tell you otherwise. 

There have been many of these false teachers trying all sorts of creative ways to escape this or create a seemingly good world in a fake way or a simulated way ... and none of it has worked, their foundation were unstable because their worlds end in chaos because of the fact that it was never real and certainly their own low vibes contributed to their demise.. too many low vibes in one place creates chaos and can't last, even if they tried to bring balance with some good vibes.. it still wouldn't work.. as that isn't fair on the good ones.. therefore it's again based on selfishness and fear and therefore it's like trying to hitch a ride again! All of which don't work!  

Because though they may be clever  in some ways they are still operating from a place of bad ( low vibe) and actually are quite self serving, because they have tried to fool others into their way of thinking ( almost cult like) , they're acting out of fear ( again low vibe) These are the people whose Ego is pretty big ( again very low vibe)  and therefore operate on arrogance and ignorance ( low vibes)  I guess you could call these people the ones of the evil one.. as the bible would put it.

That agenda of playing a synthetic god to others, again as bible puts it ( the anti Christ)  when there is nothing godly or good about the way in which they operate or teach and are self serving, yet appearing good.. well at least to a few! 

Again the bible does say that this ( anti Christ) will fool people and at first people think he/she/it, is bringing peace then later find it was the opposite. Because like I said, this sort of simulated, synthetic way of trying to seem good, are just illusions and therefore don't last. I'm not saying everyone involved in this simulation is bad.. not at all. I believe a lot are fooled into it, or don't see the bigger picture perhaps.

Only way to a happier, better reality, is ONLY by changing and bettering yourself to resonate with that which is a higher frequency through good thoughts, good actions and NEVER harm another through your thoughts or actions.

Because with the earths' changes soon enough there will be no place left for those who just operate on low vibes and don't want to change. So those who have always been bad ( low vibe) will fall into a totally separate world ( frequency ) and it will be locked. Or as the bible would put it: "the evils one thrown into hell and the gates locked forever." 

The distance between the good and the bad will be very far indeed. 


Maybe the relics who translated these religious books knew all of this and miss translated on purpose? So humans wouldn't know the truth and instead be chasing some fantastical story... and don't realise it is up to them to either be good and do good and therefore be in a good world..

I thought I would just outline the main points I mentioned in that video.
 
 
So here are some important things one must do in this cleansing period:

  • Make peace with the past - so basically anything you are still thinking about which is in the past, whether it's regrets, or whether it's pent up negative feelings such as frustration, anger towards others from the past etc. You need do first deal with such things. Often there is nothing that can be changed with things that are in the past. The only thing you can do is change your perception of these things and try to view it more from the angle of it was a lesson, you were taught something valuable because you won't be making same mistakes again. You can't really raise your vibration if you're constantly thinking of the past because that is very much an old and stagnant energy, which you are bringing into your present moment by thinking about it. Train your mind to say as in the Now as possible.

  • Deal with your fears... face them and realise actually there's nothing to fear. Anything fear based is low vibe.

  • If you find you aren't getting on as well or aren't on the same wavelength with your friends / family as you were before your spiritual journey, know that it is normal and natural and you're not alone in that. It's just that you are at a different frequency now than them and it could be they're not ready for the changes right now. Plus once you do raise your vibration you will meet similar people to the ones you knew but more on your frequency level. If anyone is really negative and you just can't  tolerate them then don't be around them as much, if you can. But also don't be judgemental, understand that they're just at a different place right now and probably are very closed off because they're low vibes more often than not. 

  • You wouldn't put clean clothes on over dirty clothes! So you can't try to better yourself or purify yourself whilst still carrying around a lot negative aspects which you need to deal with first. Nobody is perfect. But it is important to really look at yourself be honest with yourself and see what negative aspects of you are holding you back and which you can correct by re-training your mind to be in the now, positive thinking and accepting mistakes are ok, don't blame anyone else for your issues and just simply move away from the negative aspects of yourself by taking responsibility for your actions past and present and everyday making a conscious effort to be a kinder, better person more positives to yourself first and to others.

  • We are all different so like said in yesterday's post. Don't compare with other.. no hitch hiking with someone or other people who may be vibrating higher than you. Go at your own pace.

This process should take at least 3 months or so do it properly. Although you will start seeing positive changes in your life sometimes only within a few days. The main thing is to keep on the right positive path even though there may be some resistance which is only from your own Ego. So keep being positive and re-affirm this to yourself daily.
 
Don't let anything waver you from this positive path.

Your Vibrations and the world around you



 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Once you learn to effectively raise your vibration to where you feel happy and comfortable... you will notice the world around you will do the same. Because what you project is projected back onto you. So the world around you will be happy, positive and good if you are too.
 
But, there are sometimes when you will still come across types of people who just look and feel out of place, they don't fully resonate with your frequency and the world around you. Once you have raised your vibrations to a place of positivity, happiness .. these type of people will stick out big time.. at this point you may think you haven't been successful in raising your vibes because you feel something is a bit odd.. this is because of these ' lost unwelcome guests'
 
So remain within the high vibrations.. and kindly tell them to leave and go back to a place where they resonate to its vibrations. Because actually a world where its frequency is higher won't be nice for them who vibrate lower either.
 
This is why raising vibrations has to be a process of small simple positive changes daily.. but overall it will take a long time. So these 'lost unwelcome guests' were those trying to make changes suddenly and quickly.. this is enough to shatter their perception of all they knew very suddenly and they won't be able to hold the higher vibrations for long either. So before they cause themselves any unnecessary damage they should be told to leave and usually that's enough to adjust the overall vibration of a higher frequency world. Even if they don't get told to leave their own unstable vibrations will make them out of sync with the higher frequency anyway. There are no shortcuts or cheats! No matter what one may believe, this is just facts of physics. This is especially true for those who think they can hitch a ride with others who resonate with higher vibes.. no no no! This won't be good for anyone either and it doesn't work.
 
It's like when you're trying to learn a new language... you don't go from saying 'hello' in the new language one day then next day be fluent in it!
 
So, raising vibrations takes a long time... years in fact. But by making these simple and small positive changes to daily life ( older posts on this blog)  you will start to notice a difference slowly it is a lifestyle not a new age fad. You're trying to undo vibrational interference and tampering which has been done to humans over a very long time.. eons.
 
So, it will take time to correct. Just like everything in life, everybody is different and this is no exception. So manage your expectations, don't compare with others, don't try to run before you can walk. Love and respect yourself and others. Live as harmoniously as you can.

Raise Your Vibration








         I get asked this question often. " So how does one go about raising vibrations effectively?"
 
Well actually I think a lot of people try to over complicate this. It is actually simple! The only difficult thing some people face I believe is the fact that they don't do it consistently, their habits, behaviour, thoughts and actions aren't consistently that which resonate with higher vibes.
 
The most important thing is to make a positive habit out of  doing these simple  things and easy ways in which to raise your vibration on a daily basis:

  • Positive self talk. Whether this is positive affirmations starting with I AM then adding something positive afterwards like I AM Happy. I AM going to have a day. I AM strong. Make sure the words after I AM are always positive. So don't try to use it as a passive aggressive statement where by another person could be directly or indirectly affected in a negative way. Because then that is actually not raising your vibration at all. And it won't be good for you either.

  • Pay 3 compliments to 3 strangers. Yes this sounds odd. But actually by projecting positivity and good thoughts, and saying nice things to others... well you will be positive too. As what you project is projected onto you.

  • Listen to music which either has no words or the words are positive ones. So much of today's pop/hiphop/rap/rock music has negative words, or certainly negative undertones or subliminal messages which aren't good. I suggest listening to high vibe melodic soft trance music, classical music, piano tunes which are mostly in C-E are good for dispersing negative vibes away.

  • Smile, laugh even if you don't feel like it. Even if you fake it. This sends signals to your brain that you're happy, and the brain releases endorphins as response which will actually elevate your mood and therefore raise your vibration.

  • Move! Dance!

  • Get some crystals and leave them around the house they're so good for getting rid of low vibes. make sure you wash them often to remove any low vibes they may have

  • Be kind to yourself. Write down lots of good positive things about yourself and leave them around the house.

  • Never ever let other's attitude, behaviour or words change your mood. If you feel a bit down or peed off with someone, don't! why would you let them affect you in any way?

  • NEVER blame anyone else for your problems or if you're  not happy with something in your life.. don't place blame. That just makes you a victim. Take responsibility for yourself and see how much better you feel. If you're always blaming others for the way you feel, or how your life is, then how are you supposed to change anything.

  • Never dwell on the past. If you're always or more often thinking about the past, what you could have done, what ifs, getting annoyed with this or that from the past.. well all you're doing is creating a stagnate energy in your present life! Because you're telling the universe you're stuck in the past and aren't ready to move on. You need to work hard on staying in the present. 

  • If or when negative thoughts come up, let them .. just don't follow them. Don't pay attention. Don't get caught up in it basically.  Just think of negative thoughts as that needy, drama queen type of person... it tries to get your attention.. but if you don't.. it goes away! Let the thoughts arise, then think of something nicer. In general don't get stuck in any low vibe emotions.  It takes practice.. so consistency  is important.

  • Be kind to yourself, love yourself, respect yourself. But Also be kind to others too. You will never raise your own vibration if you're acting low vibe towards others. If someone isn't high vibe themselves, or are negative.. and you can't deal with them.. just stay away from them.. if that isn't possible.. say something nice to them.. maybe that's just what they need. You don't have to be friends with them so you can still limit your contact but it's just about managing the situation especially if this person is someone you work etc

  • Most importantly.. learn to listen to your intuition. Learn to centre yourself. Make a daily habit out of clearing yourself of any low vibes.

  • Don't say things like " I'll be happy once this happens or that happens.." BE HAPPY NOW! In this moment. Prepare for the future, but never let your happiness depend on something else.

  • Change your perceptions! things happens for a reason. You may not see the reason now.. but in time you will. Changing your perception and being a more optimistic person is a good way to live high vibe. And once you're living high vibe daily.. then things tend to change and be good anyway! Think of disappointments as stop gaps in the path of life. Life does test us to teach us to help us. So see it in that way, see what you can learn from each situation. Being high vibe and raising vibrations is a way of life. It's about all aspects of life. It isn't just a spiritual new age fad. And to begin this all you have to do it change your perception to a different more positive one.. apply to all aspects of your life...soon enough you will see the difference.

Healing Fibromyalgia through high vibe living









There so many illnesses that medicine has not got clear answer for and hasn't come up with finding a correct way to heal through medicine or treatment.
 
A lot of these illness are autoimmune related illnesses. For example Fibromyalgia, there is no real cure for this. Why? Because it's not actually an illness that originates from the body. It is caused by a mind and spirit that is and has been within low vibes for extended periods of time.

This is why doctors are baffled by a lit of these autoimmune illnesses. Everything is connected, mind, body and spirit. And if one areas is unbalanced it will slowly start affecting the others. So it is no wonder doctors tend to prescribe low dose anti depressants for a physical illness such as fibromyalgia.

So here are some easy ways to minimise or even ( after some time) eliminate the effects of fibromyalgia through just focusing more on your state of being. If not at least you will manage it more and be able to have a better quality of life  ( please note this article is for guidance only, it is an alternative therapy. I have no medical training. Always consult your doctor.)

  • Try to avoid overly crowded busy areas where there's lots of stressed out people about ( if you can't avoid this, because you have to travel on public transport during rush hour. Then make sure you listen to some calming high vibe music

  • low vibe foods such as processed unnatural foods, anything with hydrogenated fat, tend to make fibromyalgia worse. So eat as natural and healthy nutritious food as possible

  • another thing is correct clothing for cold whether. Wearing clothes that keep you warm but are more natural fabrics so you don't over sweat are better for managing body temperature. Otherwise getting hot, cold and then clammy sweaty then going outside getting cold again then hot again when indoors, is a sure way to upset your fibromyalgia!

  • This may sound odd, but try not to watch low vibe TV or films  such as horror anything with too much shouting , violence etc. These things have very low vibes and it can affect the body and mind negatively and even cause cellular damage! You might find if you watch this you get tired more, or have more pain in your sensitive pain points. So best to avoid. Instead watch a nice comedy, good dramas, inspirational films.

  • Avoid conflicts, arguments anything where there's low vibes words, feelings and behaviour is dominate. Avoid those as much as you possible can!

  • Also too much time spent in front of computer screens is not good for fibromyalgia either. So try and take regular breaks, stretch your legs. There are screens you can buy to put over the screen which will minimise these harmful electromagnetic radiation getting through.
 
If you do these things every day or on a regular basis and add in some light exercise daily like walking, or just dancing around to an upbeat song, swimming is perfect for fibromyalgia too, you will start toy notice a difference. At least you will be able to manage it more.

How to have a 'high vibe' relationship


What does high vibe mean really?

 

High Vibe person:  is  basically someone operating on nicer emotions, feelings thoughts and actions consistently and more often than being in low vibe emotions. It's finding that balance. So that neutralised state is a good place to be most of the time.
 
 
Humans emotions are natural and so are more lower vibe emotions like, anger, sadness, regret etc
Although I believe they 'shouldn't even be natural. As I believe humans have been reconditioned to have these low vibe emotions. But I'll discuss this topic further in another post soon.
 
The main thing to be more high vibe, is to not be in these low vibe emotions for too long. So it is ok if you feel a bit angry every now and then, when that happens observe your thoughts and get into a daily routine of training your mind to be fully in the moment especially when any low vibe emotions or feelings are about!
 
It will take work, it won't happen overnight. But with the right intentions and dedication. You can make your thoughts, feelings more nicer and positive and therefore more high vibe.
 
this can be applied to all aspects of life, for a generally more positive life.

So today, I will discuss How to have a high vibe & harmonious relationships ( any kind of relationship/friendship)



I speak to so many people daily as part of my work, with regards to relationships. It is the number one topic people ask about. Now these simples ways in which to have a high vibe relationships can be applied to any kind of relationship, not just romantic ones. So friendships, professional  relationships etc.
 
low status / high status
 
Ok, you may be surprised when  I tell you in this case, it is actually the person who is ' low status' who will end up ' high vibe' especially in a conflict or argument / disagreement.
 
Here's how it works:
 
Say you're having an argument with someone, it could be your girlfriend/boyfriend/ boss/friend
they're shouting at you, talking loudly telling you all the things you've done or said wrong and that they're very much in the right. This is typical 'high status' person.
 
They expect you to do the same, and this is probably what they want. To get a reaction from you. High status people tend to be domineering and very sure of themselves and they operate mainly from the Ego. They Ego is very much a low vibe place. The Ego gives off the impression of being very confident self assured when actually it's quite scared and shouts louder to self preserve and protect itself.
 
The only way to diffuse such a situation and stay in high vibe and don't get dragged to their level is this:
 
  • Don't react ( don't shout back, don't get angry)
  • Let them say their bit and say nothing or say something like: "Ok, sorry you feel that way"
  • Speak to them only very briefly and in a calm manner / tone
This works every time. You might annoy them a bit more at first, because they really wanted a reaction or an argument to please their scared Ego. But because your non reactions and calm manner leave them nowhere to go, they start to feel slightly foolish and therefore will walk off saying nothing or put their head down in shame and  actually realise they were being unreasonable. Sometimes they calm down so much and start apologising. That's a bonus!
 
The Ego will always tell you that in a conflict situation, you need to fight back, shout louder. Well of course, because it is the Ego that is offended!
 
So you see by being a ' low status' one can actually be elevated to high vibes, in these situations.
 
This is such an easy and effective way to have good, high vibe relationships. And remember, if you're really annoyed because someone insulted you, it is not YOU who got offended. It was your EGO!
And tell yourself you are not defined by someone else's opinions no matter what they may be.
 
Also remember this: only unhappy people insult others or try to start arguments or cause conflict. So don't join them!
 
In order to have high vibe relationships. Only clear communication whilst calm will work. Nothing good will ever come out of an argument.
 
 
Exclusive to romantic relationships
 
I always get this question in my readings : "why hasn't he/she contacted me. I feel so frustrated /upset. it's been a while and no contact."
 
This is a relationships that is not in balance. The person who is basically ignoring the other has elevated themselves by leaving the other with no communication. Because the person being ignored will be in low vibe emotions such as frustration, hurt, angry, upset. Whilst the other person, is feeling happy in control, because more often than not, the person being ignored gets so frustrated and ends up contacting the other only to be ignored furthermore. This is a game of will. The person ignoring you is doing for one or more of these reasons:
 
  1. They like to be in charge and only do things when it suits them ( this is a red flag, and you don't want to be involved with such person anyway)
  2. They are playing games, testing the water to see how much you actually care for them ( so if you will contact them instead etc)
  3. They place other things / people in a higher priority than you ( again if you've known this person for a long time, this is another red flag.
  4. They are trying to phase you out
  5. This is what you do: Do NOT contact them at all. Pay no attention to them whatsoever.
 
 This is how you can decipher which one of the people above is this person after you have used the no contact method:
 
Scenario 1 as mentioned above:  This person may contact you but do it much later. So say you have not contacted them at all, they will contact you only weeks or couple of months later with a very blaze tone of a message. Because they only do things when it suits them and everything they do will seem half hearted. Their message will have a rude tone to it. Like how dare you ignore them, when it should be then ignoring you. They won't give much away.
 
Scenario 2: This person is more likely to contact you after noticing you've gone quiet after a short time, say within a few days or a week. Because this person usually likes you, but is only playing games or just waiting to see if you'll come forward first etc. So when you stop contacting them, they'll get worried and make a contact being extra nice and trying to make plans to meet up with specific dates etc.
 
scenario 3: This person will contact you because he/she sort of like you, but just not as much others! So they will contact you after you have stopped contact, again within 2-3 weeks, so not that quick but also not taking a very long time like scenario 1. Their message will be  a bit more friendly, it will be very short and they will generally not ask you much about you, they'll talk more about general things like what's been going on with them, and generally they won't make specific plans to make more contact or meet up etc. So they will say things like; " you should meet up soon" but no specific dates.
 
scenario 4: they will be glad you have got the message and won't be making any contact with you again. ( this one is very clear!)
 
But once you do this, at least you know where you stand and can feel a bit more happier, because you're not relying on someone else to make you happy by contacting you etc. You are doing it for yourself and will feel more in control. Because the best high vibe relationship you should have first is with yourself! love yourself / respect yourself.
