Cleansing / Purification









So I talked about what to do before even attempting to raise your vibrations in my You Tube video yesterday: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LdX1-t49dRg
 
I thought I would just outline the main points I mentioned in that video.
 
 
So here are some important things one must do in this cleansing period:

  • Make peace with the past - so basically anything you are still thinking about which is in the past, whether it's regrets, or whether it's pent up negative feelings such as frustration, anger towards others from the past etc. You need do first deal with such things. Often there is nothing that can be changed with things that are in the past. The only thing you can do is change your perception of these things and try to view it more from the angle of it was a lesson, you were taught something valuable because you won't be making same mistakes again. You can't really raise your vibration if you're constantly thinking of the past because that is very much an old and stagnant energy, which you are bringing into your present moment by thinking about it. Train your mind to say as in the Now as possible.

  • Deal with your fears... face them and realise actually there's nothing to fear. Anything fear based is low vibe.

  • If you find you aren't getting on as well or aren't on the same wavelength with your friends / family as you were before your spiritual journey, know that it is normal and natural and you're not alone in that. It's just that you are at a different frequency now than them and it could be they're not ready for the changes right now. Plus once you do raise your vibration you will meet similar people to the ones you knew but more on your frequency level. If anyone is really negative and you just can't  tolerate them then don't be around them as much, if you can. But also don't be judgemental, understand that they're just at a different place right now and probably are very closed off because they're low vibes more often than not. 

  • You wouldn't put clean clothes on over dirty clothes! So you can't try to better yourself or purify yourself whilst still carrying around a lot negative aspects which you need to deal with first. Nobody is perfect. But it is important to really look at yourself be honest with yourself and see what negative aspects of you are holding you back and which you can correct by re-training your mind to be in the now, positive thinking and accepting mistakes are ok, don't blame anyone else for your issues and just simply move away from the negative aspects of yourself by taking responsibility for your actions past and present and everyday making a conscious effort to be a kinder, better person more positives to yourself first and to others.

  • We are all different so like said in yesterday's post. Don't compare with other.. no hitch hiking with someone or other people who may be vibrating higher than you. Go at your own pace.

This process should take at least 3 months or so do it properly. Although you will start seeing positive changes in your life sometimes only within a few days. The main thing is to keep on the right positive path even though there may be some resistance which is only from your own Ego. So keep being positive and re-affirm this to yourself daily.
 
Don't let anything waver you from this positive path.

Your Vibrations and the world around you



 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Once you learn to effectively raise your vibration to where you feel happy and comfortable... you will notice the world around you will do the same. Because what you project is projected back onto you. So the world around you will be happy, positive and good if you are too.
 
But, there are sometimes when you will still come across types of people who just look and feel out of place, they don't fully resonate with your frequency and the world around you. Once you have raised your vibrations to a place of positivity, happiness .. these type of people will stick out big time.. at this point you may think you haven't been successful in raising your vibes because you feel something is a bit odd.. this is because of these ' lost unwelcome guests'
 
So remain within the high vibrations.. and kindly tell them to leave and go back to a place where they resonate to its vibrations. Because actually a world where its frequency is higher won't be nice for them who vibrate lower either.
 
This is why raising vibrations has to be a process of small simple positive changes daily.. but overall it will take a long time. So these 'lost unwelcome guests' were those trying to make changes suddenly and quickly.. this is enough to shatter their perception of all they knew very suddenly and they won't be able to hold the higher vibrations for long either. So before they cause themselves any unnecessary damage they should be told to leave and usually that's enough to adjust the overall vibration of a higher frequency world. Even if they don't get told to leave their own unstable vibrations will make them out of sync with the higher frequency anyway. There are no shortcuts or cheats! No matter what one may believe, this is just facts of physics. This is especially true for those who think they can hitch a ride with others who resonate with higher vibes.. no no no! This won't be good for anyone either and it doesn't work.
 
It's like when you're trying to learn a new language... you don't go from saying 'hello' in the new language one day then next day be fluent in it!
 
So, raising vibrations takes a long time... years in fact. But by making these simple and small positive changes to daily life ( older posts on this blog)  you will start to notice a difference slowly it is a lifestyle not a new age fad. You're trying to undo vibrational interference and tampering which has been done to humans over a very long time.. eons.
 
So, it will take time to correct. Just like everything in life, everybody is different and this is no exception. So manage your expectations, don't compare with others, don't try to run before you can walk. Love and respect yourself and others. Live as harmoniously as you can.

Raise Your Vibration








         I get asked this question often. " So how does one go about raising vibrations effectively?"
 
Well actually I think a lot of people try to over complicate this. It is actually simple! The only difficult thing some people face I believe is the fact that they don't do it consistently, their habits, behaviour, thoughts and actions aren't consistently that which resonate with higher vibes.
 
The most important thing is to make a positive habit out of  doing these simple  things and easy ways in which to raise your vibration on a daily basis:

  • Positive self talk. Whether this is positive affirmations starting with I AM then adding something positive afterwards like I AM Happy. I AM going to have a day. I AM strong. Make sure the words after I AM are always positive. So don't try to use it as a passive aggressive statement where by another person could be directly or indirectly affected in a negative way. Because then that is actually not raising your vibration at all. And it won't be good for you either.

  • Pay 3 compliments to 3 strangers. Yes this sounds odd. But actually by projecting positivity and good thoughts, and saying nice things to others... well you will be positive too. As what you project is projected onto you.

  • Listen to music which either has no words or the words are positive ones. So much of today's pop/hiphop/rap/rock music has negative words, or certainly negative undertones or subliminal messages which aren't good. I suggest listening to high vibe melodic soft trance music, classical music, piano tunes which are mostly in C-E are good for dispersing negative vibes away.

  • Smile, laugh even if you don't feel like it. Even if you fake it. This sends signals to your brain that you're happy, and the brain releases endorphins as response which will actually elevate your mood and therefore raise your vibration.

  • Move! Dance!

  • Get some crystals and leave them around the house they're so good for getting rid of low vibes. make sure you wash them often to remove any low vibes they may have

  • Be kind to yourself. Write down lots of good positive things about yourself and leave them around the house.

  • Never ever let other's attitude, behaviour or words change your mood. If you feel a bit down or peed off with someone, don't! why would you let them affect you in any way?

  • NEVER blame anyone else for your problems or if you're  not happy with something in your life.. don't place blame. That just makes you a victim. Take responsibility for yourself and see how much better you feel. If you're always blaming others for the way you feel, or how your life is, then how are you supposed to change anything.

  • Never dwell on the past. If you're always or more often thinking about the past, what you could have done, what ifs, getting annoyed with this or that from the past.. well all you're doing is creating a stagnate energy in your present life! Because you're telling the universe you're stuck in the past and aren't ready to move on. You need to work hard on staying in the present. 

  • If or when negative thoughts come up, let them .. just don't follow them. Don't pay attention. Don't get caught up in it basically.  Just think of negative thoughts as that needy, drama queen type of person... it tries to get your attention.. but if you don't.. it goes away! Let the thoughts arise, then think of something nicer. In general don't get stuck in any low vibe emotions.  It takes practice.. so consistency  is important.

  • Be kind to yourself, love yourself, respect yourself. But Also be kind to others too. You will never raise your own vibration if you're acting low vibe towards others. If someone isn't high vibe themselves, or are negative.. and you can't deal with them.. just stay away from them.. if that isn't possible.. say something nice to them.. maybe that's just what they need. You don't have to be friends with them so you can still limit your contact but it's just about managing the situation especially if this person is someone you work etc

  • Most importantly.. learn to listen to your intuition. Learn to centre yourself. Make a daily habit out of clearing yourself of any low vibes.

  • Don't say things like " I'll be happy once this happens or that happens.." BE HAPPY NOW! In this moment. Prepare for the future, but never let your happiness depend on something else.

  • Change your perceptions! things happens for a reason. You may not see the reason now.. but in time you will. Changing your perception and being a more optimistic person is a good way to live high vibe. And once you're living high vibe daily.. then things tend to change and be good anyway! Think of disappointments as stop gaps in the path of life. Life does test us to teach us to help us. So see it in that way, see what you can learn from each situation. Being high vibe and raising vibrations is a way of life. It's about all aspects of life. It isn't just a spiritual new age fad. And to begin this all you have to do it change your perception to a different more positive one.. apply to all aspects of your life...soon enough you will see the difference.
