We're coming closer to winter now. And these are the months which we need to make extra effort to make sure life is high vibe to avoid such thing like low mood, tiredness during the days and general feeling of sluggishness.

Obviously in the colder months people tend to get more colds/coughs etc.
Any illness is low vibe. So in order to quickly get better, in addition to your usual getting over cold routine; try hot baths with eucalyptus essential oil. Also this is great for relaxing before bed , just add some lavender essential oil. Aromatherapy is in itself quite high vibe.
A favourite for winter! Hot chocolate with marshmellows.
This will get those endorphins going, and who doesn't love chocolate?
I find a milky hot chocolate rather than one with hot water is much better and also it helps being relaxed before bed too.
In winter hands and face always get much drier. Treating the skin to some natural moisturizers or even just home made stuff like, avocado mashed up with thick Greek yogurt or coconut butter mixed with essential oils, is all high vibe remedies for the skin.

So anything that makes you feel sleepy or very sluggish afterwards is slow and low vibe. Things like junk food are generally low vibe.
So for high vibe winter comfort food, try earthy natural foods. A favourite recipe of mine is vegetarian bean chilly with butternut squash.
Also try leaner meats like turkey or fish. Red meat has plenty of iron in it, and fillet cuts like fillet steak with lower fat percentage is more beneficial and more high vibe.

A tidy/clean house with no clutter will attract higher vibes and more positivity. Messy house with lots of clutter will attract lower vibes and negativity. So make sure your living environment is always tidy and
fresh flowers are also a great way to attract more positive vibes in the house.
